It appears
that it is that time of year again, the time that most can’t wait for. Well the
wait is over the Forbes Top 20 Cash Kings of 2012 has been released. Dr. Dre came
in at No. 1 with an astounding $110 Million earned thanks to all his endorsements
including the Beats by Dr. Dre headphone like. Followed by Diddy with a little
under half of what Dr. Dre made making $45 Million for the year, thanks to his
stake in Ciroc Vodka.
Jay Z comes
in at No. 3 with $38 Million thanks to his stakes in the Brooklyn Nets, Carol’s
Daughter, and his joint venture with Duracell. Kanye comes in at No. 4 with $35
Million, both Jay Z and Kanye have their joint success ‘Watch the Throne’ both
album and tour sales to thank for their success this year. Lil Wayne rounds off the top 5 earning $27
Million this year.
