Boudoir Beautiful
Loving the lace and leather look for a variety of reasons (a
lot of which aren’t PG). Leather is hott this year and lace is well always hott
if in the right amounts, and in the right places. All three of the looks have
the leather and lace placed just right, and all three looks are simply amazing.

Bright Leather
Well, I told you all last year that leather would be huge
and sure enough it is. This time though taking away from the darker side and
making room for a more spring friendlier brighter colors. I love the look by
Isabel Marant. It’s a simpler look, but sometimes less is more and I believe
this to be especially true if you are going to wear leather anytime except in
the Winter.

Black Blazer
The black blazer is a MUST have for any true fashionista. I
mean how can you go wrong with it? It goes with virtually anything that you
have in your closet so it’s a safe choice on those chilly nights you want to
want to dress up and look cute, but stay warm at the same time.

Bold Stripes
I like the bold stripes, it’s different. The pinstripe has been
around for some time now and although it has its benefits and can be quite sexy
when worn correctly, I think the bolder look gives the classic “stripe” a bit
of an edge (at least with the right garments).

Ruffles
Ruffles are back. I have mixed emotions about them though. I
mean on one hand they can be a bit excessive (The turquoise Gucci ensemble for
instance), on the other hand they can be quite playful and sexy. Like the black
and white Balenciaga skirt in the middle; it’s very playful but sexy at the
same time.

Crazy Shades
Shades have always spoke volumes for those who choose to
wear them. You can tell who prefers a safer look, and who dares to be
different. 2013 is the year of the crazier shades (which I love Lady GaGa for
always pulling off), and I can’t wait to see some of our favorite celebs
stepping out in them.

Flats
Okay, so the picture about, wasn’t maybe the best to
advertise the flats for the season, but it’s their in a more of a metaphoric
sense (if that makes any sense). Flats have always been hott, it just seems
that 2013 will be the year that they get their shine. I personally love to see
a woman in heels, and for those who love to wear heels I always advise them to
carry a portable pair of flats in their bag so they can switch out when need
be.

Chokers
Wow, talking about bringing back the 90’s. I thought we saw
the last of these seems like decades ago, but I guess everything will have a
time to revive its reign. Don’t know what to really say about them, except they
do add a different look to any outfit.

The drop-waist line
Hmm…Well I don’t exactly know what to say about this style.
It does take away attention from where your waistline is, and draws the
attention elsewhere, but some of the looks for this style aren’t as appeasing
to the eye.
Baggy Bermudas
Not a big fan of the baggy look. It kind of throws off what
could be some pretty amazing looks, but at the same time it adds sort of a
masculine edge to an otherwise feminine look. The baggy Bermudas are in for
2013 and I will be interested to see just how fashionistas will dress this look
up…or down.
